Nice day for a white wedding, and a sweet session for swing

It really was a nice day for a white wedding, in the crisp, clean setting of Gosfield Hall, a grand, sweeping white house on the edge of Essex, where Freya and young husband Kaspar had chosen to go with fifty shades of white, from flowers to tableclothes, with bridesmaids shimmering in silver silk as Freya took centre stage in swathes of cream velvet, Kaspar beside her in a white suit, silver tie, and linen loafers.

Bringing subtle, golden sounds into this stunning setting, Adam Chandler's swing band set the tone for a stylish celebration that brought the echo of experience into the sight of innocence, playing sensuous, romantic tunes that took things to the limits between romance and seduction, bringing a sophisticated edge to a beautiful celebration.

From timeless classics to modern medleys, Adam led a five-piece ensemble through the evening, getting guests young and old up on their feet, and dancing the night away with an air of elegance that certainly set this couple, and their big day, apart from the everyday.

Freya: "I wanted a wedding that was all about elegance, style, and sophistication, and, after listening to a few different wedding bands, each playing different genres of music, I knew that swing would be the perfect soundtrack for the big day; it was just a matter of finding the swing band to do my wedding justice.
