Adam's Modern Swing ensemble wowed the geniuses at Northampton-based brand agency Out Of The Bottle

As Out Of The Bottle rounded off a successful first year in business with a “Battle of the Brands” event at the Silverstone Golf Club, Adam Chandler's contemporary swing band brought the whole event together, tying competitions, congratulations, and celebrations together with a seamless medley of modern and traditional swing sounds, played in a subtle yet lively style that fitted perfectly with the feel of the day.

Champagne arced and frothed to the bubbling sounds of upbeat percussion, edged with a little light, soprano saxophone, and bass notes underscored the finger buffet with a winding melody that everybody ended up swaying to.

As you'd expect from a dynamic creative branding agency, there was nothing ordinary about Out Of The Bottle's interpretations of “black tie”, and the striking outfits and individual touches looked right at home as staff and clients came together in a spectacular whirlwind of everything that's great about creative businesses, letting their hair down as Adam's band picked up the pace and got everyone dancing.

It was a late finish, and the band played on to the end, in a beautiful exchange of creative and musical energy that really made the day.

At the end of the night, as everyone headed back to their rooms, tired but happy, a lone tenor sax trotted out a farewell parade, a perfect end to a day to remember, and one of the most enjoyable conference events Adam and his musicians have had the pleasure of performing at.
